Responding to modern demands for reducing environmental impact and preserving nutritional value, INNODRY aspires to offer new solutions to the challenges of exporting high-quality agricultural products.<\/p>\n<p>The primary goal of the project is to develop expertise and implement advanced drying methods, such as freeze-drying and supercritical CO\u2082 extraction, which reduce energy requirements and ensure superior product shelf life and quality.
